This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
2. General Refund Principles
2.1 Satisfaction Commitment
We strive to ensure every client is satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied with your experience, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can address your concerns and work toward a satisfactory resolution.
2.2 Service-Specific Policies
Refund eligibility varies depending on the type of service purchased, timing of cancellation, and extent of service utilization. Specific conditions for each service type are detailed in the sections below.
2.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days of approval. Refund amounts may be subject to deductions for services already rendered, administrative fees, or third-party processing fees as specified in this policy.
3. Multi-Session Program Refunds
Multi-session programs include our Interview Mastery Program, Public Speaking Excellence, and other structured courses consisting of multiple sessions over several weeks.
3.1 Cooling-Off Period (7-Day Money-Back Guarantee)
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of enrollment if:
- Your request is submitted within 7 days of your enrollment date
- You have not attended more than one (1) session
- You have not accessed more than 25% of digital program materials
If these conditions are met, you will receive a 100% refund of the program fee.
3.2 Refund Schedule After Cooling-Off Period
After the 7-day cooling-off period, refunds are calculated based on program completion percentage:

3.3 Calculation of Completion Percentage
Program completion is determined by the higher of:
- Percentage of scheduled sessions attended (including completed, missed, or cancelled sessions)
- Percentage of program materials accessed or downloaded
3.4 Administrative Fee
An administrative processing fee of $50 will be deducted from refunds for multi-session programs (except during the 7-day cooling-off period) to cover enrollment processing, materials preparation, and schedule coordination costs.
4. Personal Consultation and Single Session Refunds
4.1 Individual Coaching Sessions
For single consultation sessions or individual coaching appointments:
- Before Session: Full refund if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time
- 24-48 Hours Before: 50% refund if cancellation is made between 24 and 48 hours before the session
- Less than 24 Hours: No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session
- No-Shows: No refund for missed appointments without prior notice
4.2 Session Packages
If you purchase a package of multiple individual sessions:
- Unused sessions may be refunded according to the single-session policy above
- Package discounts will be recalculated based on the number of sessions completed at standard individual session rates
- Any difference between the discounted package price and the standard session price for completed sessions will be deducted from the refund
5. Workshop and Group Training Refunds
5.1 Public Workshops
For public workshops and group training events:
- More than 14 days before: Full refund minus $25 administrative fee
- 7-14 days before: 75% refund
- 3-6 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days before: No refund, but you may transfer your registration to another participant or to a future workshop
5.2 Corporate Training Programs
Corporate and group training programs are subject to separate agreements with customized refund terms based on program scope, duration, and customization level. Please refer to your specific corporate agreement for refund terms.
6. Digital Products and Materials
6.1 Non-Refundable Digital Products
The following digital products and materials are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded:
- Downloadable workbooks, guides, and resources
- Pre-recorded video training modules
- Audio recordings and podcasts
- Templates and tools
- E-books and written materials
6.2 Defective Digital Products
If digital products are defective, incomplete, or not as described, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:
- Replacement with corrected materials
- Technical support to resolve access issues

7.2 Program Cancellation by SpeakPro Academy
If we cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other reasons within our control, you will receive:
- Full refund of all fees paid, including any administrative fees
- Or, option to transfer to an alternative program of equal or lesser value
- Or, credit toward a future program if you prefer
7.3 Force Majeure Events
In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.) that prevent program delivery:
- We will work with you to reschedule sessions or transition to alternative delivery methods (such as virtual sessions)
- If rescheduling or alternative delivery is not possible or acceptable to you, we will provide a pro-rata refund based on completed sessions
7.4 Service Quality Issues
If you experience significant quality issues with our services that we are unable to resolve, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include partial or full refunds depending on the nature and extent of the issues.
8. Non-Refundable Fees and Costs
The following fees and costs are non-refundable in all circumstances:
- Registration Fees: Non-refundable registration or enrollment fees (when applicable and separately itemized)
- Third-Party Costs: Costs for third-party materials, textbooks, or resources already shipped or provided
- Payment Processing Fees: Credit card processing fees and transaction costs charged by payment processors (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction)
- Completed Services: Fees for sessions already attended or services already rendered
- Materials Already Provided: Costs associated with physical materials, workbooks, or resources already shipped or delivered
9. Refund Request Procedures
9.1 How to Request a Refund

- Refunds will be calculated based on the full program value, not just the amount paid

- Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent exclusion from future services and potential legal action to recover losses

- Promotional discounts are not transferable to alternative programs

Programs purchased partially or fully with referral credits, gift certificates, or promotional credits:
- Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment (credit back to account, not cash)

13. Transferring Enrollment

Transfer to Another Person:
- You may transfer your enrollment to another individual with at least 7 days notice before the program begins
- A $50 transfer administration fee applies
- The new participant must meet program prerequisites
- Both parties must complete transfer documentation
Transfer to Future Session:
- You may transfer to a future session of the same program one time without penalty
- Requests must be made at least 7 days before the current session begins
- Transfer to a future session may be subject to price adjustments if program fees have increased
- Transfers must be completed within 12 months of original enrollment
13.2 Transfer Restrictions
Transfers are not available for:
- Programs that have already commenced (more than one session completed)
- Heavily discounted or promotional enrollments (unless specifically stated)
- Custom or specially arranged programs
- Programs where multiple previous transfers have occurred
14. Corporate and Group Enrollment Refunds
Organizations enrolling multiple participants are subject to customized agreements that may include different refund terms. General principles include:
- Corporate refund policies are negotiated during contract execution
- Minimum participation thresholds may apply
- Individual participant withdrawals from group programs may have different terms than individual enrollments
- Customized program development costs are typically non-refundable
